We stayed for a week at this house, and what a wonderful week it was. The house is accurately described, clean, and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The games garage was fun for the whole family. The pool was spectacular. We would definitely rent this property again.
I had an amazing stay at this four bedroom plus estate in Winchester! The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. The house itself was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Communication with the host was excellent — when I mentioned a few minor issues, they were responsive and helpful. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
This home is beautiful! Host was extremely accommodating and responsive to all questions. We booked in January for an October date and there were times throughout the year that I had questions — host was very quick to respond every time. The home was very clean, large and well furnished. The pool was all set and ready for use. The yard was beautiful. We had no issues checking in or out, and house rules were reasonable and minimal. I will stay again.
Such a beautiful home! Has pots, pans, dishes — everything you need for a nice stay and feel at home. House was very clean and they were very responsive when I asked any questions. I would definitely stay here again!
Great communication and instructions for anything we needed! It was amazing to have a washer/dryer and pack clean clothes home. The pool table and garage set-up was perfect for our teenagers. My son now has an interest in piano lessons due to the beautiful piano also there.
Clean house and comfy! Got what we expected — clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of space. A great house if looking for somewhere a little further from the Strip, but close to the freeway with easy access to places within 15–20 minutes. Would recommend for future stays.
Fabulous home! Everything is new and super clean. Host was easy to communicate with. Stayed for a local wedding and the home was a perfect home away from home, allowing us to spend time with friends. Would highly recommend.

Loved the dual upstairs and downstairs entertainment rooms! Would be an ideal stay for families with kids. Outdoor space was well covered from the sun if you're travelling during warmer months. Interior was well kept and clean.
